Through the years, they have evolved according to sizes and kinds, as seen from their menu options. But did you know that they offer more than what’s written on the menu? Land, Air, and Sea
Weird name for a sandwich, but it all makes sense when you break it down. The Big Mac represents the land where they (the filling) all stand. The McChicken is the air since it floats among the other sandwich fillings, and these creatures fly short distances with their wings. And finally, the Filet-o-Fish represents the sea, and I guess you already know why.
Okay so now you’ve got your Big Mac, McChicken, and Filet-o-Fish, now what? You don’t need to bite them all at the same time to get that Land, Air, and Sea feeling. All you need to do is to stack them up.
How to order: Simply order the three sandwiches. Don’t confuse the cashier by saying Land, Air, and Sea, as most of them won’t get what you’re saying, and no McDonald’s would specially hand-build it for you.
How to build: There’s a whole lot of dismantling to do with the three sandwiches that you have. Get the main ingredients from each of the two sandwiches, and tower stack them into one. A little warning: It’s impossible to put them inside your mouth so you might need a knife and fork to help you in the process.

Crunchy Double
This next secret menu item is for those of you who aren’t a fan of big-stacked burgers. You may know the other McDonald’s hacks added in here but you may not have stumbled upon this one. The Crunchy Double secret menu item takes on the combination of one burger patty and the crunch that you get from six pieces of chicken nuggets. What’s great is that you get to have the best of both worlds by getting these two McDonald’s favorites.
How to order: Simply order one Double Cheeseburger and a six-piece Chicken McNuggets. Make sure that McDonald’s gives you a packet of Tangy BBQ sauce, as this will be the flavoring of your Crunch Double.
How to build: The process of building is as easy as it sounds; it’s not as messy as the first one. But as the saying goes, nothing is easy, so there’s a little bit of challenge on this one by balancing all six Chicken McNuggets inside the Double Cheeseburger. But here’s a little tip, if you can’t balance all six, then just add four pieces. Make sure to add a spread of the Tangy BBQ sauce in each layer.
Surf + Turf
Double Cheeseburger or Fillet-o-Fish? It’s hard to choose, right? You can get the best of both worlds with McDonald’s secret menu of Surf + Turf and it’s just a combination of your two McFavorites. 😉 If you live or have been to Canada, you may also have remembered this Surf + Turf burger as part of the Remix Menu, along with Chicken Cheeseburger and Sweet Chili Junior Chicken. The menu also features your favorite McDonald’s Canada meals combined.

How to build: Okay, so this is about to get really messy. As usual, disassemble the contents of your burger and stack them towering in one burger. I know, there’s nothing more annoying than trying to separate two patties stuck together by cheese (Yes, McDonald’s, this is a request to debut the Remix Menu in the USA). But don’t worry; with each challenge comes a sweet reward. In this case, it’s the Surf + Turf treat!
Hash Brown McMuffin
Moving on to breakfast choices, we often skip this meal which is regarded as the most important meal of the day. You don’t have to skip them again, as we’re bringing you an on-the-go option that is very easy to assemble (you can even do it in your car).
To give you a little bit of background, McDonald’s doesn’t sell any McMuffin involving hash browns. We know it’s a huge miss for the fast-food chain as this menu item would be selling like hotcakes (or at least a sale matching their hotcakes 😅).
Actually, it’s been suggested to McDonald’s by Chef Mike Haracz, who is a former manager of culinary innovations at McDonald’s but as he said in his TikTok video, the management didn’t like the idea. But why would McDonald’s shut down such a great sandwich idea?
Chef Mike posted a TikTok claiming that he tried to pitch in a hash brown sausage egg and cheese sandwich on the McDonald’s menu, but he was told that it would contain too many calories, it is operationally complex, and many people would order it. Okay, that last reason was definitely weird. Oh well, you can just assemble them by yourself instead.
How to order: To have a taste of this EGGciting hack, all you need to do is to order your favorite Sausage McMuffin with egg and a hash brown.
How to build: Building is easy and hassle-free as it involves just adding the hashbrown on top of the egg. This is the perfect on-the-go drive-thru meal.

Did you know that back in 2022, McDonald’s let you order these secret menu items by name, and they let you build them by hand? Yup! That was one cool feature that I wish McDonald’s bring back.
