What Makes Beans & Brews Coffee Special?
Did you know that Beans & Brews uses high-altitude roasting on their coffee beans? You may wonder how it works. Well, coffee lovers out there know that roasting coffee beans is a complex art, so Beans & Brews took some time before they mastered it. Commonly, coffee beans are roasted at sea level, but that process doesn’t work in Salt Lake City, where the coffee shop was founded.
What Beans & Brews does is roast their coffee at the lowest possible temperature for the least amount of time. In the higher, thinner air of the city’s mountain valley, the process is done much easier to achieve a smoother and more intense flavor.
