Get ready to fall for Krispy Kreme’s latest collection!
Fall is just around the corner and our favorite fast-food chains are gearing up to release a brand-new set of seasonal items. It’s one of the best parts of every season and what I’m personally looking forward to. Fall doesn’t officially start until late September but thank goodness we wouldn’t have to wait that long for all the latest fall menu items to drop. We’ve already seen chains like Dunkin’, Starbucks, and Tim Hortons reveal their menus for the fall. And it looks like Krispy Kreme is about to join the fold.
When we think about fall, the most common flavor that will spring to mind is inarguably Pumpkin Spice. This season, we get an overabundance of pumpkin spice flavored food, drinks, and treats. Not that we’re complaining though since pumpkin spice is pretty great. Which brings us to Krispy Kreme’s latest announcement. Krispy Kreme is launching “The Essential Pumpkin Spice Collection” which features returning seasonal favorites. This year’s lineup includes pumpkin spice coffee and a pumpkin spice flavored doughnut. Here’s all the available items in this collection:
- Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte – This drink combines Krispy Kreme’s Iced Coffee base with pumpkin spice syrup, milk, whipped cream and cinnamon. It’s a great drink to enjoy that perfectly captures the upcoming season’s signature flavor.
- Frozen Pumpkin Spice Latte – If you want something colder to help you cool down on a particularly warm day, go for the Frozen Pumpkin Spice Latte. It has most of the same ingredients as the Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte except it’s frozen.
- Hot Pumpkin Spice Latte – Pumpkin spice is one of the coziest flavors around. So what better way than to enjoy it than in a piping hot drink? The Hot Pumpkin Spice Latte will definitely make you feel like it’s a hug in a mug with every sip.
- Pumpkin Spice Cake Doughnut – This is the star of Krispy Kreme’s Essential Pumpkin Spice Collection. It’s an old-fashioned cake doughnut mixed with the indulgent flavors of pumpkin spice. It’s coated in a sweet glaze that complements the pumpkin spice blend of flavors.
These all sound great and are amazing new additions to the upcoming season’s list of seasonal menu items. The best part is that we wouldn’t have to wait that long since the Essential Pumpkin Spice Collection is now available starting this week at all participating Krispy Kreme locations. Best Limited-Time Doughnuts at Krispy Kreme
Krispy Kreme has been making a living off making doughnuts for over 85 years. And in that span of time, they’ve come out with some of the best doughnut flavors known to man. It’s a shame that most of them were only limited-time flavors. But the good thing is, Krispy Kreme brings them back every now and then for another limited run. With the new collection on the way, let’s take a look back at the best limited-time doughnuts Krispy Kreme has released this year.
Kit Kat Collection
This was a very anticipated release this year heading into spring. It was first released back in April but made a brief return last July because of popular demand. This doughnut collection features the Kit Kat Crunch Doughnut, the Kit Kat Cookie Dream Filled Doughnut, and the Salted Caramel Brownie Doughnut. All of them are topped with Kit Kat pieces and Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Icing. It’s probably the best set of chocolate doughnuts from Krispy Kreme all year. Here’s hoping we could see more of it in the future.
Passport to Paris Collection
Thanks to Krispy Kreme, we had the chance to taste Parisian treats without ever having to leave the country. Last July, Krispy Kreme dropped the Passport to Paris Collection which featured three new doughnuts inspired by classic desserts you can get in Paris. This set of doughnuts include the Crème Brûlée Doughnut, the Double Chocolate Éclair Doughnut, and the Raspberry & Vanilla Crème Doughnut. It’s a great concept filled with great doughnuts. I hope we can get more collections like this from Krispy Kreme where they create new flavors inspired by desserts from a specific country.

I’m so ready for all the pumpkin spice flavored food and drinks we’re about to get in the next few months. Ever since Starbucks started the pumpkin spice craze, it became a billion-dollar industry with every fast-food chain coming up with their own take on the unique flavor. Krispy Kreme‘s latest collection for fall is looking very promising. Now these items are returning seasonal favorites which means they’ve been released before. I haven’t tried them though so this will be my first time. Can’t wait for more pumpkin spice flavored treats to come out soon!
