Crumbl Cookies is not a stranger to releasing exclusive flavors and items. This has been evident with their consistent commitment to release weekly cookie lineups and limited time bakery items.
This year, they are adding spice to the July 4th Independence Day celebration with a red, blue, and white menu. Crumbl Cookies has launched their cookie lineup for Fourth of July, including the fan favorite, Strawberry Shortcake.

- Strawberry Shortcake: Enjoy a double-stacked vanilla cake with layers of fresh whipped cream and house-made strawberry jam.
- S’mores: A cookie favorite: graham cracker cookie packed with milk chocolate chips and topped with a melty marshmallow, chocolate drizzle, and buttery graham cracker crumbs.
- Apple Pie: Treat yourself to a buttery pie cookie topped with warm apple cinnamon pie filling and then sprinkled with cookie crumbs.
- Cornbread: A warm cornbread cookie with honey butter glaze, and topped with a thick honey buttercream frosting and a decorative drizzle of honey.

Recent Cake Tests at Crumbl
Crumbl Cookies may soon be called as Crumbl Cakes as we’ve got exclusive news that they tested not one but two delicious cakes last June. Following the release of Father’s Day Toffee Cake, Crumbl has tested the German Chocolate Cake and Lemon Blackberry Cake at select stores.
Let’s discuss how these two cakes came to Crumbl’s testing phase:

A classic German Chocolate Cake is widely known for soft layers of buttermilk cake and coconutty toppings. But with Crumbl’s version, they have put their own twist to the traditional cake. Crumbl’s version has two layers of moist chocolate cake with creamy coconut-pecan topping and the addition of a rich chocolate cream cheese frosting. This treat definitely combines traditional elements with the fresh twist that the cookie brand is famous for.
Meanwhile, the Lemon Blackberry Cake is a little more like a cake version of Crumbl’s Lemon Blackberry Cookie, which they have came out with about two years ago. It looks to have the same ingredients as this cake version has two layers of lemon poppy seed cake with blackberry cream cheese frosting and jammy blackberry topping. It looks and sounds similar a lot like the Lemon Blackberry Cookie, but this time, it’s cake.
These two new cakes were tested in select Crumbl locations, and while it’s not yet lined up for a nationwide release; fans can’t wait for these cakes to be included as part of a weekly flavor lineup or as a permanent item in Crumbl’s menu.

From The Club
I love how Crumbl Cookies always have delicious tricks up their sleeves for major holidays, especially for this week’s Fourth of July celebration. Two cookie flavors I’m really looking forward to are the Strawberry Shortcake and Patriotic Birthday Cake, as these perfectly embody the sweet cheers and excitement we have for Independence Day. While I’m more of a Milk Chocolate Chip kind of gal, I’m willing to switch choices for this week, as these flavors are only available until July 7th, a slimmer chance to taste them while I can get the chocolate chip cookie again in the following weeks.
