Discover the sweet side of the holidays with Tim Horton’s new treats and returning fan faves.
Tim Hortons is the latest chain to drop an entire seasonal menu to ring in the holidays. Even though the brand is offering new sips and bites, they’re fueling nostalgia among fans. The new menu is big on peppermint and gingerbread flavors, but we’re also getting the all-time favorite hot cocoa and sugar cookies. Did I say that Tims baked goods will be looking so adorable? They sure will make your Christmas a little more fun! Let’s take a tour of a festive wonderland that is Tim Horton’s holiday menu.
Starting November 6, 2024, Tim Hortons will welcome new and returning holiday treats that you can cozy up with or share with family and friends. Here’s the complete lineup to expect at your local Tims:

Returning Menu Items
- Peppermint Mocha Latte: Starting with perhaps the flavor of the season, this espresso-based drink is infused with peppermint mocha flavor and finished with whipped cream and peppermint bark crumbles for a sweet crunch. You can also have this combination of flavors in an ICED CAPP or Cold Brew. But if you want a non-coffee drink, go for the Peppermint Hot Chocolate.
- Gingerbread Oatmilk Latte: Here’s a seasonal sip for non-dairy fans. The Gingerbread Oatmilk Latte is espresso-based and has the festive flavors of gingerbread and cinnamon. According to Tim Hortons, they use Chobani Oatmilk for this drink. Enjoy it hot or iced!
- Holiday Tree Donut: This fluffy donut is in the shape of, well, you guessed it, a holiday tree. It’s charming, fun, and finished with green icing with colorful sprinkles. Inside, there’s a sweet surprise: venetian cream.
- Hot Cocoa Crumble Muffin: Enjoy the warmth of hot cocoa in the form of muffin. This baked treat features a chocolate muffin with marshmallow filling as well as streusel crumbles and chocolate chips for toppings.
New Holiday Offerings
- Holiday Chai Lattes: Made richer and creamer, this latte can be made with your choice of a nostalgic holiday flavor: gingerbread or peppermint. Guests can also order this drink hot or iced.
- Snowman Donut: Here’s another fluffy donut, but this time, decorated to look like a snowman’s face. This baked treat is filled with sweet cream and topped with vanilla-flavored icing.
- Holiday Sugar Dream Cookie: Meanwhile, this cookie is packed with all the popular Christmas flavors. It’s basically a white chocolate chip cookie topped with vanilla icing and red and green sprinkles. To match the season’s playful spirit, the cookie also comes with crumbles of peppermint bark and a mini gingerbread man cookie.
In other food news, Dunkin’ also announced its lineup of holiday menu items, available starting November 1. This brand will be releasing seasonal drinks and bites much earlier, along with a Christmas-themed merch collection. Dunkin’ is also encouraging guests to give back to the community by making a donation to its Joy in Childhood Foundation, in exchange for a $1 Medium Hot Coffee coupon.
More New Treats to Try at Tim Hortons

Fast Food Holiday Menus to Watch Out For
When restaurants join the race of releasing holiday menus, I’m reminded of why it’s the most wonderful time of the year. 😂 Kidding aside, it’s the season to be jolly and we can be just that by sampling new holiday menu items here and there. But where should you go and get these? Soon, festive food will be everywhere. But for now, take comfort in the holiday menu items from these restaurants:

- Cracker Barrel – One of the first brands to release a holiday menu is Cracker Barrel, and mind you, their menu is extensive. It comes with new items, including DIY Chocolate Bar, Country Fried Turkey, and Cinnamon Swirl French Toast Breakfast, among others. The fan-favorite Broccoli Cheese Casserole also made a comeback, with the same hearty mix of broccoli, cheese sauce, rice, and crushed butter cracker for toppings.
- Hardee’s – This is another chain that capitalizes on nostalgic flavors, and we’re not complaining. They’re bringing back the Cinnamon ‘N Raisin Biscuits, now available in packs of one, two, and four, as well as the Candied Bacon, known for its delicious coat of caramelized brown sugar and black pepper.

Halloween is over and the holidays are fast approaching. It’s my favorite season to get full and cozy, lol! After hearing that Dunkin’ is ready to drop their holiday menu, I immediately thought of what Tim Hortons has in store for us. And as usual, the latter’s new holiday menu sounds amazing! I kinda hope that Tim Hortons also has a merch collection, just like Dunkin’. Regardless, I’m gonna visit my local Tims to try those new baked treats and see how the Holiday Chai Latte has improved. 👀
