I love how Popeyes has been frequently releasing value meal deals more than they are releasing new menu items this year. Don’t get me wrong, with the increasing prices on other commodities, I prefer value deals over new food items or new flavors on the menu. I think that’s how Popeyes wins over customers and keeps them coming back for more.
Deals are easily the key factor to catch any customers’ attention and more deals always keeps them returning, as I speak from my experience and preference. Right now, with the upcoming fall season and holidays to come, I hope Popeyes would still release new deals and retain their group bundles over introducing new flavors or new menu items. The need for quality and delicious food with budget-friendly prices overweight the need for new food items to try. And I hope Popeyes would realize and keep on that path, to differentiate themselves and also, to attract and retain more customers to visit their locations or place an order online.
