Starting June 25, McDonald’s is rolling out its $5 Meal Deal across participating locations nationwide. For just $5, you can get a four-meal at McD’s – choose between McDouble or McChicken, add a small fries, four-count chicken nuggets, and a small soft drink. These fan-favorites make up a hearty meal that will accompany you for a quick summer snack or late-night summer cravings.
The $5 Meal Deal is more affordable than a lot of items on their “Dollar Menu” and aims to attract customers frustrated by price hikes. And a good thing is that it’s not exclusively offered on the McDonald’s website or their mobile app. Though this deal is only available for a limited time, it’s Mickey D’s response to customer demand for affordable meal options.
McDonald’s Free Fries Friday Deal
McDonald’s is also bringing back its “Free Fries Friday” deal. Every Friday for the rest of 2024, you can get a free medium fry with any purchase of $1 or more. Sounds like a good deal, right? But there’s a catch: you’ll need to place your order via the McDonald’s app.
No worries though, ordering through the McDonald’s app lets you discover more of their current deals and add more McD’s favorites before checking out.
Plus, on July 13, National French Fry Day, they’re giving away any size fries for free with no purchase necessary.

Personally, I’m always stoked to see deals and discounts, especially when it’s food-related, so I’m not passing up on any of these McDonald’s summer deals, especially that $5 Meal Deal. It has all the Mickey D’s favorites in one deal, I think I could even share that meal with my nephew, and we’d both be full for brunch.
