Krispy Kreme
Most pies work fine for Thanksgiving, but why settle for less when you can get Krispy Kreme‘s Thanksgiving Pies Doughnut Collection? The collection was officially launched last November 7, and will be available through Thanksgiving Day, November 28. Fans have described the new collection as quite traditional since it features classic Thanksgiving flavors. Nevertheless, each of them is a tempting dessert option.
- Apple Crumble Doughnut: A worthy choice if you’re craving flavors of the iconic apple pie. This unglazed shell doughnut comes with apple pie filling, made better with cinnamon cookie crumb and pie crust buttercream.
- Blueberry Crisp Doughnut: Here’s another unglazed shell doughnut, and this time, with blueberry filling. Enjoy more tart flavors as this doughnut is also dipped in blueberry icing and then topped with streusel.
- Chocolate Silk Pie Doughnut: The Original Glazed Doughnut gets dressed for the holidays. This flavor is dipped in chocolate icing and finished with chocolate buttercream and chocolate curls.
- Lemon Creme Pie Doughnut: This one’s a creamy and crumbly unglazed shell doughnut with lemon pie-flavored filling. On top, you get yellow lemon icing, a dollop of meringue buttercream, and graham crunch.
These flavors featuring pie classics are perfect for traditional Thanksgiving or Friendsgiving celebrations. Get them all in a box of dozen at your local Krispy Kreme shop or in a six-pack option at any grocery store that carries the brand. Dog Haus
Let’s go from something sweet to something savory. Because for the California-based gourmet chain Dog Haus, the star of the Thanksgiving season is turducken. The brand basically hit three birds with one stone as they serve up a sausage made with a combination of turkey, duck, and chicken. This unique creation will be featured in two chef-curated menu items, available all throughout November:
- Turducken: The turkey, duck, and chicken sausage will be served on the iconic grilled King’s Hawaiian rolls, topped with garlic aioli, crispy onions, scallions, and warm turkey gravy.
- Turducken Burrito: Inside the rolled and toasted flour tortilla, you get all things delicious: turducken sausage, three sunny side up eggs, sweet potato fries, white American cheese, spicy mayo, and caramelized onions.
Since its inception, Dog Haus has been all about creating epic items that feature flavor sensations. This is why, every year, fans eagerly await for the brand’s holiday specials. According to Würstmacher Adam Gertler, it’s amazing to see how Dog Haus’s creations have become a part of fall holiday celebrations. To further build on the season of giving, Dog Haus will also donate a dollar from every purchase of their Turducken specials. The donation will go to No Kid Hungry, the national charity partner of Dog Haus when it comes to helping address childhood hunger.
Last October, Dog Haus also unveiled a knockout partnership with YouTuber and boxing athlete Jake Paul. As part of their collaboration, Paul will be franchising 25 locations and will sit as one of the company’s board of directors. Fans can also look forward to future in-person meet and greets at select Dog Haus locations, Fight Night Haus Parties, and of course, exciting menu collaborations.

Already started my Thanksgiving planning a week ago but haven’t decided on the desserts yet. We’re skipping homemade pies this year, so I consider Krispy Kreme’s Thanksgiving Pie Doughnuts Collection a godsend, lol!
