Starbucks, the OG trendsetter of all things fall and pumpkin spice-flavored drinks, is rumored to come through with fall-flavored add-ons on September 19 and October 1, 2024. In this rumored list, Starbucks is exploring more fall flavors to infuse into their drinks and treats, where Pecan would be the star of this unofficial lineup. Meanwhile, the new treat embraces a Halloween theme early. Before we dive further, you should remember that this is a rumored list and is not officially confirmed by Starbucks.
If you’ve had your fair share of pumpkin spice treats and drinks, Starbucks is rumored to introduce three new add-ons soon that might change your seasonal beverage choices. Here’s what you can expect on Starbucks’ fall menu add-ons
- Iced Pecan Crunch (Oatmilk): This drink features a blend of pecan, brown butter, holiday spices, blonde espresso, ice, and oatmilk. Plus, it is also topped with nondairy vanilla sweet cream cold foam and a sprinkle of pecan crunch.
- Salted Pecan Cream Cold Foam (Available in Dairy or Nondairy): Enjoy a sweet and salty twist on a classic cold foam. It includes pecan syrup and salt.
- Mummy Cookie: Enjoy your fair share of Halloween as early as fall season with Starbucks’ buttery shortbread cookie with white chocolate on top. This new add-on cookie resembles a mummy and is set to launch on October 1st, but some locations may have it available earlier.
The two pecan drinks are rumored to be released on September 19th, while the Mummy Cookie will be available shortly after. We’ll share more updates so stay tuned!

I love how Starbucks makes their fall menu releases a regular thing, compared to other fast food spots where they only make it a one-time thing. Starbucks surprises us every week during the fall and keeps us interested with new flavors they have. On September 19, we can get the Pecan add-ons, and you bet, I’m already eyeing for the Salted Pecan Cream Cold Foam. I’m pretty sure it’ll make any drink get that fall flavor, whether it’s just an ordinary Starbucks espresso.
