Taco Bell has just revealed that they are introducing three new drinks to their menu. These new additions seem to be inspired by a popular choice at Starbucks but are offered at a more budget-friendly price.
At the Taco Bell Live Más event earlier this year, we were all amazed by the number of new food items announced. Taco Bell is now expanding its menu even further with a new line of beverages called Agua Refrescas, which they are currently testing in Southern California for the next five weeks.
These refreshing drinks feature an energizing green tea base, swirled with fruit flavors and mixed with real pieces of freeze-dried fruit. They are quite similar to Starbucks’ Refreshers, offering flavors like Strawberry Passionfruit, Peach Mango, and Dragonfruit Berry. When compared to Starbucks’ prices, which can be over $4, Taco Bell’s Agua Refrescas are available for $3.99 for a 16-ounce serving.
Available for a limited time, you can find these new Agua Refrescas at the 2222 Barranca Parkway location in Irvine, California. There is no confirmation yet if these drinks will be sold nationwide, but Taco Bell continues to add to their drink lineup, which includes the returning Dragonfruit Freeze and the newly introduced Horchata Cold Brew Latte.
These new offerings provide a variety of choices and may very well change up your usual order at Taco Bell, even though the Baja Blast remains a beloved classic. While we wait eagerly for the rest of the food items promised in February to arrive, we can enjoy these new refreshing drinks.
From The Club:
I’m genuinely excited about Taco Bell’s new drink offerings. The Agua Refrescas sounds refreshing and delicious, and the fact that they’re more budget-friendly than similar options at Starbucks is a definite win.
