Despite the Monday blues, there are many reasons to look forward to this week, and one is Crumbl’s weekly lineup! This week, Crumbl is releasing once again two special dessert treats that you’ve been waiting for. Clue? One is a celebrity collaboration, and the other is a nationwide release. Looks like you know what I’m talking about!
If you’re a Livie, then we have good news for you! Crumbl is finally releasing Olivia Rodrigo’s GUTS Cookie. This purple star cookie has a triple-berry jam and a layer of vanilla buttercream. It is sandwiched in two chilled purple vanilla cookies as the aesthetics of her GUTS album inspire it!
Another dessert that would hit Crumbl stores nationwide is the Banana Pudding. Yes, finally, after months of menu testing in different locations, this banana treat is coming to you! It features a banana pudding layer and vanilla wafers you could not resist. Make sure to grab one (or more 😋) when you purchase your cookies this week.
Cookies From Crumbl This Week
Now that we know about the special releases, let’s check out the cookie flavors that will grace Crumbl’s lineup this week:
- Waffle – Your favorite breakfast is now in cookie form! Resembling the waffle treat, this cookie features a buttercream frosting center served with a side of syrup.
- Chocolate Covered Strawberry – Chocolate definitely matches with strawberry, and there are countless desserts to prove that. Crumbl also has its own version for you to try, and it’s in the form of a chocolate cookie with strawberry cream cheese frosting. To tickle your choco taste buds, the cookie is drizzled with even more chocolate.
- Lemon Glaze – If you love lemon cake, you’ll definitely enjoy this cookie flavor with its sweet glaze with freshly sliced lemon placed on top.
- Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk – There’s nothing worth going home to but a classic cookie. It’s just like your usual chocolate chip cookie, but the difference is the chunky, semi-sweet chocolate chips crusted on the cookie.

Crumbl Plus Desserts
Crumbl has been known for their weekly cookie flavor releases, but they are trying to take things up the notch by creating desserts. Their desserts include cakes, pudding, and peanut butter bars. Mostly, these desserts are tested in select Crumbl locations before they become a part of the weekly releases. If you’re wondering what desserts are being tested around your area, you can head over to the Crumbl app and click “Test Cookies” to view if test items are baking near you.
This August, Crumbl also announced that every week, they will feature a Limited Time Offer dessert that isn’t a cookie. It means that we are about to get at least one dessert as a cookie breaker; how cool is that? The sweet treats were released starting two weeks ago. The GUTS cookies and Banana Pudding were released this week, while the German Chocolate Cake and Lemon Blackberry Cake were released in the previous weeks.
- Pumpkin Muffin – Fall is coming, and so are the pumpkin-themed products. Crumbl is rolling out a pumpkin-spiced muffin with a cinnamon streusel and light cinnamon cream cheese topping. Now, you can sip your warm coffee and bite on this pumpkin-spiced treat.
- Lemon Blackberry Cake (Released last August 12 to 17 lineup) – If the Lemon Blackberry Cookie is one of your Crumbl favorites, you’re in luck since they’re dropping it in a cake version. This treat is composed of two layers of lemon poppy seed cake with blackberry cream cheese frosting in every bite. The cake is finished off with a jammy blackberry topping.
- German Chocolate Cake (Released last August 5 to 10 lineup) – This was a former test item from June, but it’s finally hitting a nationwide release soon enough! It features a moist chocolate cake and a creamy coconut pecan as a topping. To finish the cake off, it has a chocolate cream cheese frosting.
- Banana Bread – Yup, this classic dessert is making its way to Crumbl! You can now enjoy a warm Banana bread when Crumbl drops them for a nationwide release. Since this is comfort food for many, it’s exciting to see Crumbl’s touch on it.

This week’s Crumbl release has got me excited! I’m a casual listener of Olivia Rodrigo, and it so happens that one of my favorite desserts is Banana Pudding too! Eating these treats isn’t a bad idea, right? 🤣 (Livies, you know what I mean). The cookie that I’m excited to try is the Chocolate Covered Strawberry one and, of course, the Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk as a classic flavor lover. Well, it looks like I’m ready to take on the week with a sweet treat on hand!
