Get ready to spice things up this summer with a brand new set of menu items courtesy of Burger King!
If there’s one thing we can all count on, it’s that spicy food will never go out of style. Funny how what was supposed to be a defense mechanism for certain plants made them even more appetizing. Burger King knows that people love when their food packs a certain level of heat. They’ve had several spicy menu items before but this might be the first time they’re releasing a full on spicy menu.
Burger King just announced that they’ll be introducing their new Fiery Menu in the United States. This menu will feature five delicious new items with varying levels of spice that range from mild to wild. So, whether you want something with just a little kick or you want something that will have your taste buds sweating, Burger King has enough heat to get you covered. Let’s take a look at the new Fiery Menu:
- Fiery Strawberry & Sprite (Spice Level 1) – Admittedly, this is a pretty strange combination. We’ve seen spicy drinks before, but we’ve never seen a spicy strawberry and sprite mix. This drink features Sprite mixed with a Fiery strawberry puree, offering a refreshing kick.
- Fiery Mozzarella Fries (Spice Level 2): Fries and cheese are already a winning combo but adding spiciness into the mix just takes them to a whole ‘nother level. These fry-shaped mozzarella sticks are filled with melted cheese and peppers, coated with Fiery Calabrian pepper breading. Available in four, eight, and twelve pieces.
- Fiery Bacon Whopper (Spice Level 3): Of course, you can’t have a new spicy menu and leave behind Burger King’s flagship item. This Whopper features a quarter-pound flame-grilled beef patty with Fiery-seasoned bacon, pepper jack cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, and creamy Fiery sauce on a sesame seed bun.
- Fiery Chicken Fries (Spice Level 4): Now things are actually heating up. With a Spice Level of 4, this menu item features crispy white meat Chicken Fries marinated in Fiery seasoning and coated in garlic and pepper breading. Available in four, eight, and twelve pieces.
- Fiery Royal Crispy Chicken Sandwich (Spice Level 5): We have here the star of the show. This is the spiciest thing on the new Fiery Menu. It’s made of a crispy white meat breast filet with Fiery glaze, topped with Fiery-seasoned bacon, pepper jack cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, and creamy Fiery sauce on a toasted bun.
Look we all love spicy food, right? But sometimes, mixing it with a cooler flavor will unlock an even deeper taste profile. So, to balance out the heat, Burger King will also offer Hidden Valley Ranch dip cups, available with orders of Fiery Mozzarella Fries and Fiery Chicken Fries. While the Fiery Menu will only be up for a limited time, the Hidden Valley Ranch will remain as a permanent addition to their menu.
Starting July 18, 2024, Burger King’s new Fiery Menu will be available nationwide. So, let’s head on down to BK on the 18th and get ourselves a taste of their new Fiery Menu!

At any given time, most fast-food chains usually have something new cooking up. Whether it’s in the form of new deals or testing out new items, they find ways to keep things fresh and interesting. Burger King understands this and has both in recent months.
$5 Your Way Meal
Burger King rose to the top of the industry by providing us with the highest quality of food at very affordable prices. This has been their business style for years, but they took things up a notch when they brought back a fan favorite deal. The $5 Your Way Meal is a great value meal that lets you have an entrée option, two sides (4-piece nuggets and fries), and a soft drink, all for the low price of $5. Your choice of entrées can either be a Whopper Jr., a Bacon Cheeseburger, or a Chicken Jr. It’s a new deal that you should take advantage of while it’s still available.
Flame-Grilled Chicken Sandwich & Wraps
Grilling over an open flame has been Burger King’s signature method of cooking their burgers. But lately, they’ve been trying to incorporate the process on their other menu items and actually offered them up in select locations in the United States. Customers from Omaha, NE, and Huntsville, AL got an exclusive chance last June to try out BK’s new Flame-Grilled Chicken Sandwich & Wraps.

Spicy Menu Items from Burger King
While the release of the new Fiery Menu is game changing, this is hardly the first time Burger King released spicy menu items. They have years of other spicy innovations. In fact, we could make a whole list from all the delicious spicy food BK has been serving up that will definitely turn up the heat. But that’s for another time. Let’s just take a look at two highlights from their long list of spicy menu items.
Fiery Nuggets
Okay so the Fiery Nuggets aren’t the spiciest things on Burger King’s menu. But that doesn’t take away from how good they are. On a spice level, they’d be at 1. And that’s actually enough. The Fiery Nuggets have enough spice in them to keep things interesting but not so much that it would put off people who don’t like spicy food. They were an excellent addition to Burger King’s menu, and we hope it’ll be a recurring featured item.
Ghost Pepper Whopper
Ghost Pepper has been all the rage in recent years as spicy food keep rising in popularity. Ghost Pepper became a key ingredient in most dishes and Burger King took the opportunity to use it on their famous Whopper. The result? A burger that will definitely scare your taste buds. First released as part of their Halloween menu back in 2022, the Ghost Pepper Whopper sandwich features a beef patty as the base with spicy queso, crispy jalapeños, bacon, and ghost pepper cheese on top between two toasted orange buns.

Spicy food is the best! I think it’s pretty awesome that a lot of people and a lot more brands are realizing how great spicy food are. That said, Burger King has put out food with considerable heat before, but we’ve never had a full menu. The new Fiery Menu sounds really good, and I can’t wait for July 18th to finally give this a try. Let’s see if Burger King really lives up to the “Fiery” part of their new menu.
