From Wings to a Global Phenomenon

The opening of their first Paris store is not surprising, as Wingstop restaurants have expanded their locations long enough for their international stores to survive. They have over 1,500 enter Wingstop stores open in the United States, Mexico, Colombia, Panama, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, the United Kingdom, France, and the United Arab Emirates. Truly, Wingstop never stops.

Ever since Antonio Swad founded the restaurant in 1994, they have served a wide range of flavorful cooked-to-order chicken wings that soon caught the attention of the public. By 1997, they had begun to offer more expansion, where they became one of the fastest-growing franchises. With their food quality, excellent customer service, and flavor wing experts, luck stuck by their side. In 2002, they began to expand their franchise by turning the fast-casual restaurant to appeal to a wider range of world flavor tastebuds.

With their core value system mission, they continue to expand globally, with Paris as their next planned expansion.

From The Club

Wingstop used to be one of my go-to restaurants for my chicken wing cravings, and seeing them expand to more locations globally is good news. My favorite flavors were Garlic Parmesan and Mango Habanero. It’s been a long time since I had their famous chicken wings and now that I’m reminded of it, I think I’ll drive by my nearest Wingstop location for lunch.
