Wienerschnitzel and its sister company, Hamburger Stand, have brought back their Mac ‘N Cheese dishes, and this time they’ve added them to some of their favorite foods.
You can enjoy Mac ‘N Cheese on its own in three types: Classic Mac, Chili Cheese Mac, and the new BBQ Bacon Mac. If you want something more, you can try these:
- Mac Dog: A hot dog with Mac ‘N Cheese on top.
- Chili Mac Dog: A chili dog also topped with Mac ‘N Cheese.
- Mac Burger: A hamburger with mustard, ketchup, pickles, grilled onions, and Mac ‘N Cheese.
The new BBQ Bacon Mac includes the Classic Mac ‘N Cheese with added BBQ sauce, bacon, and grilled onions. These Mac ‘N Cheese dishes are available at participating Wienerschnitzel and Hamburger Stand locations for a short time.
The Origins of Wienerschnitzel and Hamburger Stand
Wienerschnitzel started off as a single hot dog stand in Wilmington, California, back in 1961. It was founded by John Galardi with a simple vision: to serve delicious hot dogs to the community.
Over the years, Wienerschnitzel grew rapidly, and now, it stands as one of the most recognized hot dog chains in the United States. Hamburger Stand, a younger sister company, came along with a similar mission but turned the focus on burgers while maintaining the same dedication to taste and quality. Both brands have become favorites for many, thanks to their commitment to serving tasty, affordable meals.

From The Club
Wienerschnitzel and Hamburger Stand is making May a cheesy month with the re-introduction of their Mac & Cheese menu items. From Mac Dogs to Mac Burger, the fast food brands are bringing a dose of good ‘ol macaroni and cheese in their locations. While I love mac & cheese, I’m not entirely sure that I wanna taste these menu items, I can’t fathom finishing mac and cheese in a bun or in a hot dog. Well, I can take just a bite but I’m not sure I can finish a whole dog or burger.
